Sean O’Driscoll explains the problems he faces bringing in new players.

‘We want to improve what we’ve got but the lads here are making it difficult to get players better than them without spending silly money. We’ve got an opportunity to bring players into the club with the transfer window but I’ve told the players that their form is making it difficult for me to get players better than them at a price we can afford.

‘I’m not going to buy a player just for the sake of it. There are a lot of players out there but it’s getting the right player which is the difference.’
